The online beforeUdig service offers two ways to request underground asset information for your dig sites.1. Standard Plan Request Service The online beforeUdig system is the easiest way to request plans from asset owners. All you need to do is register, follow the simple steps by providing the details of your planned works, draw your dig site on a map, and we will notify the relevant asset owners of your proposed works. Once the asset owners have been notified of your intention of works they will respond directly back to you with plans or information in regards to their assets. beforeUdig will also email you a confirmation of each request showing the location of your works, summarizing the request and providing a list of the notified asset owners along with contact details for each of them. 2. Premium Plan Request Service beforeUdig also offers a Premium service that provides you with the same user friendly method of entering your dig site details but we will collect, chase and compile all the responses on your behalf and post you a single comprehensive pack containing all relevant utility plans and information for your proposed dig site. For each request beforeUdig will email you an order confirmation showing the location of your works, summarizing the request and providing details of your order. |
